Abstract:Objective To investigate the effect of Dapagliflozin on postoperative cardiac function and ventricular remodeling in patients with acute anterior wall myocardial infarction(AAMI)after percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI).Methods A total of 146 patients with AAMI who underwent PCI from July 2022 to March 2024 were evenly divided into two groups by the random number table method. Both groups were given conventional drug treatment after the operation. The observation group was supplemented with Dapagliflozin on this basis for 6 months. The cardiac function and ventricular remodeling indicators, serum inflammatory factor levels and the occurrence of major adverse cardiovascular events(MACE)before and after treatment were compared between the two groups. Results After treatment, the left ventricular end-diastolic diameter, ventricular septal thickness and left ventricular mass index in the observation group were all lower than those in the control group, while the left ventricular ejection fraction was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment, the levels of serum C-reactive protein,interleukin-6 and brain natriuretic peptide in the observation group were all lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of MACE in the observation group was 12.33%(9/73),which was lower than 27.40%(20/73)in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Dapagliflozin can effectively improve the left ventricular ejection function of AAMI patients after PCI,effectively inhibit the ventricular remodeling process, and reduce the incidence of MACE.
