Curative effect of low-molecular-weight heparin sodium combined with Dydrogesterone in threatened abortion and its impact on coagulation function indexes

Abstract：Objective To explore the curative effect of low-molecular-weight heparin(LMWH)sodium combined with Dydrogesterone in patients with threatened abortion and its impact on coagulation function indexes.Methods A retrospective analysis was performed on the clinical data of 90 patients with threatened abortion between January 2022 and June 2024.According to different treatment methods,patients were divided into combined treatment group(n=45)and Dydrogesterone group(n=45).Dydrogesterone group was given Dydrogesterone,and combined treatment group was given LMWH sodium combined with Dydrogesterone.All patients were treated consecutively for 1 week.The clinical curative effect,remission time of symptoms,coagulation function indexes,prethrombotic state indexes[serum protein C(PC),protein S(PS),antithrombin Ⅲ(AT-Ⅲ)],pregnancy outcomes and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total response rate of combined treatment group was higher than that of Dydrogesterone group[93.33%(42/45)vs 75.56%(34/45)](P<0.05).The remission time of clinical symptoms in combined treatment group was shorter than that in Dydrogesterone group(P<0.05).After treatment,levels of platelet count,fibrinogen and D-dimer were decreased in both groups,which were lower in combined treatment group than in Dydrogesterone group(P<0.05).After treatment,levels of plasma PC,PS and AT-Ⅲwere increased in both groups,which were higher in combined treatment group than in Dydrogesterone group(P<0.05).The fetal preservation rate in combined treatment group was higher than that in Dydrogesterone group[95.56%(43/45)vs 82.22%(37/45)](P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion LMWH sodium combined with Dydrogesterone is beneficial to improving clinical curative effect,accelerating the remission of clinical symptoms,and improving coagulation function state and pregnancy outcomes in patients with threatened abortion,which has high safety.
