Abstract:Heart failure is the terminal stage of the development of most cardiovascular diseases, usually referring to abnormal cardiac filling or ejection function that occurs under the influence of organic lesions.Globally, heart failure with preserved ejection fraction(HFpEF)is a relatively common type of heart failure in clinical practice, with an incidence rate of over 50%.Left atrial function plays a significant role in the occurrence and progression of this disease and is also closely related to its prognosis. Therefore, this article analyzes and sorts out the association between left atrial function and HFpEF and the related treatment data, and summarizes the diagnosis, assessment and treatment related to the pathogenesis, progression and comorbidities of this disease, aiming to provide references for clinical diagnosis and management.
