Abstract:Objective To analyze the changes and clinical significance of serum blood glucose/lymphocyte ratio(GLR),platelet/lymphocyte ratio(PLR),and monocyte/lymphocyte ratio(MLR)in patients with sepsis complicated with acute kidney injury(AKI).Methods A total of 120 patients with sepsis complicated with AKI who were admitted from July 2019 to June 2024 were selected and divided into the death group and the survival group according to the 28-day prognosis of the patients after admission. The clinical data and serum levels of GLR,PLR,and MLR of the two groups were compared.A multivariate logistic regression model was constructed to analyze the prognostic factors of the patients. The receiver operating characteristic(ROC)curve was drawn to analyze the value of serum GLR,PLR and MLR in predicting the prognosis of patients. Results The levels of arterial blood lactate,GLR,PLR and MLR in the death group were significantly higher than those in the survival group(P<0.05,P<0.01).Multivariate logistic regression analysis revealed that arterial blood lactate,GLR,PLR,and MLR were risk factors for poor prognosis in patients with sepsis complicated with AKI(P<0.01).ROC curve analysis showed that the areas under the curve of GLR,PLR,and MLR alone and in combination in the prediction of poor prognosis in patients with sepsis complicated with AKI were 0.759,0.874,0.725,and 0.940,respectively.The sensitivity and specificity of the combined prediction of the three were 90.30%and 91.03%respectively.Conclusion Serum GLR,PLR and MLR increase in patients with sepsis complicated with poor prognosis of AKI.Detection of GLR,PLR and MLR in combination has a high predictive value for the poor prognosis of patients.
