Exploration of diagnosis and treatment ideas of acupuncture and moxibustion for diabetic gastroparesis based on the spleen-stomach theory

Abstract：Objective The spleen-stomach theory is an important component of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)theory,clarifying the physiological activities and pathological mechanisms of the human body,and providing an important theoretical basis for the syndrome differentiation and treatment in TCM.This paper systematically sorts out the developmental origin and evolution of the spleen-stomach theory,analyzes and summarizes Professor Wu Yaochi's clinical experience in treating diabetic gastroparesis based on the spleen-stomach theory,and explores the clinical treatment ideas of acupuncture from the three aspects:disease differentiation,syndrome differentiation and meridian differentiation.
