Abstract:Objective To investigate the effect of four-step injection of Lauromacrogol injection under anoscope in the treatment of grade Ⅲ internal hemorrhoids. Methods A total of 119 patients with grade Ⅲ internal hemorrhoids from March 2023 to March 2024 were selected and divided into observation group(n=60)and control group(n=59)according to the random number table method. The observation group was treated with four-step injection of Lauromacrogol injection under anoscope, and the control group was treated with selective mucosal resection of hemorrhoids. The clinical efficacy, duration of operation, length of hospitalization, visual analogue scale(VAS)pain score at 6 h after operation, the trend of pain score with time, and postoperative complications were compared between the two groups. Results There was no significant difference in clinical efficacy between the two groups(P>0.05).The duration of operation, lenth of hospitalization,VAS pain score at 6 h after operation, and incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group were shorter or lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The degree of postoperative pain in the observation group decreased faster with time(P<0.05,P<0.01).Conclusion Four-step injection of Lauromacrogol injection under anoscope is effective in the treatment of gradeⅢ internal hemorrhoids, with shorter durtion of operation, less postoperative pain, fewer postoperative complications, and good repeatability.
