Clinical Observation on Repeated Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation Combined with Zishen Ningxin Capsules in the Treatment of Insomnia Caused by Heart-kidney Disharmony Syndrome During Perimenopausal Period

Abstract：Objective To explore the effect of repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation(rTMS)combined with Zishen Ningxin capsules in the treatment of insomnia caused by heart-kidney disharmony during perimenopausal period.Methods A total of 150 perimenopausal patients with insomnia from January 2022 to January 2024 were selected,with the syndrome type of heart-kidney disharmony syndrome.They were divided into three groups according to different treatment methods,with 50 patients in each group.Group 1 was treated with Estazolam,group 2 was treated with Zishen Ningxin cap-sules,and the observation group was supplemented with rTMS on the basis of group 2.The clinical efficacy,sleep quality,traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndrome score,quality of life and adverse reactions of the three groups were compared.Results The total effective rate,total sleep time,rapid eye movement sleep,non-rapid eye movement sleep stages 1-4,and quality of life score of the observation group were higher than those of control group 1 and control group 2,while the Pittsburgh sleep Quality Index score and sleep latency were lower than those of control group 1 and control group 2(P<0.05).At 2 weeks and 1 month after treatment,the TCM syndrome score of the observation group was lower than that of control group 1 and con-trol group 2(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions among the three groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The combined treatment of rTMS and Zishen Ningxin capsules for insomnia caused by heart-kidney disharmony during perimenopausal period has a better effect.It can improve clinical symptoms and TCM syndrome scores,thereby restoring sleep quality and quality of life,and has good safety.
