Clinical Effect of Rabeprazole Combined with Bifidobacterium Tetravaccine Tablets in the Treatment of Children with Functional Dyspepsia

Abstract：Objective To explore the clinical effect of Rabeprazole combined with Bifidobacterium tetravaccine tablets in the treatment of functional dyspepsia(FD)in children.Methods A total of 125 children with FD who visited the hospital from January 2020 to January 2023 were selected as the research subjects.They were divided into the observation group(n=60)and the control group(n=65)according to the treatment methods.The control group received conventional inter-vention and Rabeprazole treatment,while the observation group was treated with Bifidobacterium tetravaccine tablets on the basis of the control group.Both were treated for 14 d.The clinical efficacy,gastrointestinal hormone levels,gastric dynamics indicators,serum indicators[tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),interleukin-10(IL-10),acetylcholinesterase(AchE),growth hormone receptor(GHR)]and the occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The to-tal effective rate of the observation group was 93.33%(56/60),which was higher than that of the control group(78.46%,51/65)(P<0.05).After treatment,the contraction frequency,contraction amplitude,motor index of the antrum of the stomach,as well as the levels of serum motilin,gastrin,IL-10,AchE and GHR in both groups increased,while TNF-α decreased;the change amplitudes of the above indicators in the observation group were greater than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Rabeprazole combined with Bifidobacterium tetravaccine tablets has a very good therapeutic effect on children with FD.It can improve the gastric dynamics of children on the basis of ensuring safety,increase the levels of gastrointestinal hormones,accelerate gastric emptying,inhibit the inflammatory response of the body and relieve symptoms.
