Abstract:Objective To investigate the relationship between the levels of peripheral blood Yes-associated protein(YAP),transforming growth factor-β1(TGF-β1),connective tissue growth factor(CTGF)and major adverse cardiac events(MACE)after percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI)in patients with acute myocardial infarction(AMI).Methods A total of 495 AMI patients treated with PCI from April 2022 to February 2023 were selected and followed up for 1 year.Ac-cording to the occurrence of MACE,the patients were divided into MACE group(n=84)and non-MACE group(n=411).The general data of MACE group and non-MACE group were compared, and the levels of YAP,TGF-β1,CTGF in patients with different severity of coronary artery disease were compared. The correlation between YAP,TGF-β1,CTGF levels and clinical indicators was analyzed.Binary logistic regression was used to analyze the risk factors of MACE in AMI patients. The receiv-er operating characteristic(ROC)curve was used to evaluate the predictive value of YAP,TGF-β1 and CTGF for MACE in AMI patients after PCI.Results Age,triglyceride(TG),low-density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C),severity of coronary artery disease and levels of YAP,TGF-β1 and CTGF in MACE group were significantly higher than those in non-MACE group(P<0.05).The levels of YAP,TGF-β1,and CTGF in patients with double-vessel disease and multi-vessel disease were significantly higher than those in patients with single-vessel disease(P<0.05).The levels of YAP and TGF-β1 in patients with multi-vessel disease were higher than those in patients with double-vessel disease(P<0.05).Correlation analysis showed that the levels of YAP,TGF-β1 and CTGF in AMI patients were positively correlated with age,TG,LDL-C and multi-vessel coro-nary artery disease(P<0.05).TG,multi-vessel coronary artery disease,YAP,TGF-β1 and CTGF were risk factors for MACE in AMI patients(P<0.05).ROC curve results showed that the area under the ROC curve of YAP,TGF-β1,CTGF alone and their combination for predicting MACE in AMI patients was 0.817,0.874,0.805,0.945,respectively,and the diagnostic value of combined detection was higher. Conclusions TG,multi-vessel coronary artery disease,YAP,TGF-β1 and CTGF are risk factors for MACE in AMI patients after PCI.Serum YAP,TGF-β1 and CTGF levels have higher predictive value for MACE in AMI patients after PCI.
