Abstract:Objective To investigate the efficacy of Raltitrexed+Oxaliplatin regimen for hepatic artery infusion chemotherapy(RALOX-HAIC)combined with Camrelizumab and Lenvatinib in the treatment of advanced liver cancer,as well as its impact on serum tumor-related indicators and recurrence rate. Methods A total of 108 patients with advanced liver cancer from March 2018 to March 2023 were selected and assigned to an observation group(n=54,RALOX-HAIC combined with Camrelizumab and Lenvatinib)and a control group(n=54,Camrelizumab combined with Lenvatinib)using a random number table method. Each treatment cycle lasted for 3 weeks, and a total of 3 consecutive cycles were administered. The therapeutic effects, incidence of adverse reactions, recurrence rate and mortality rate within 1 year of follow-up were compared between the two groups.Additionally, tumor markers,T lymphocyte subsets, and serum levels of CXC chemokine ligand 9(CXCL9),vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF),tumor necrosis factor receptor-associated factor 6(TRAF6)protein,as well as quality of life and functional status scores were compared before and after treatment. Results The objective remission rate and disease control rate of the two groups were higher in the observation group than in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment, the levels of serum α-L-fucosidase(AFU),carcinoembryonic antigen, cancer antigen 19-9 and alpha-fetoprotein in the two groups were lower than those before treatment, and lower in the observation group than in the control group(P<0.05,P<0.01).After treatment, the levels of CD3+,CD4+and CD4+/CD8+in the two groups were lower than those before treatment(P<0.05).After treatment, the serum levels of CXCL9,VEGF and TRAF6 protein in the two groups were lower than those before treatment, and lower in the observation group than in the control group(P<0.05,P<0.01).After treatment, the scores of the quality of life measurement scale in the two groups were higher than those before treatment, and higher in the observation group than in the control group(P<0.05,P<0.01).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).During a 1-year follow-up,the recurrence rate and mortality rate of the observation group were 17.31%(9/52)and 3.85%(2/52),respectively,which were lower than 36.00%(18/50)and 16.00%(8/50)of the control group, and the differences were significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination therapy of RALOX-HAIC with Camrelizumab and Lenvatinib for patients with advanced liver cancer can enhance clinical effect, exert no significant impact on the body's immunosuppressive state, and effectively control tumor growth and metastasis. This approach is beneficial for improving patients'functional status, enhancing their quality of life, reducing recurrence rates and mortality, and demonstrating a certain level of safety.
