Abstract:Objective To explore the effects of Ropivacaine quadratus lumborum block combined with general anes-thesia on pain, inflammatory indexes and early recovery after laparoscopic myomectomy. Methods From July 2022 to De-cember 2023,80 patients undergoing laparoscopic myomectomy were selected and divided into combined anesthesia group(n=40,using Ropivacaine quadratus lumborum block combined with general anesthesia)and general anesthesia group(n=40,using general anesthesia)according to the random number table method. The visual analogue scale(VAS)scores at 2,4,8,and 12 h after operation were compared between the two groups,as well as the inflammatory indexes, stress indexes, and perioperative indexes before and at 12 h after operation. The incidence of adverse reactions was compared between the two groups. Results The VAS pain scores of the two groups increased first and then decreased after operation. The VAS pain scores of the combined anesthesia group were lower than those of the general anesthesia group at 2,4,8,and 12 h after opera-tion,and there was a significant difference in time-group interaction with time(P<0.01).At 12 h after operation, the serum levels of procalcitonin,C reactive protein,interleukin-6,interleukin-8,cortisol,prostaglandin E2 and norepinephrine in the combined anesthesia group were lower than those in the general anesthesia group(P<0.05).Compared with the general an-esthesia group, the combined anesthesia group had a longer recovery time and shorter anesthesia time, postoperative exhaust time, postoperative ambulation time and length of hospital stay(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total in-cidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Ropivacaine quadratus lumborum block com-bined with general anesthesia can reduce postoperative pain and inflammatory stress level in patients undergoing laparoscopic myomectomy, improve perioperative indicators, and has high safety.
