Observation of the Effect of Colpoendoscopy Combined with LEEP in the Treatment of Cervical Precancerous Lesions

Abstract：Objective To explore the application effect of colpoendoscopy combined with cervical loop electrosurgical excision procedure(LEEP)in the treatment of cervical precancerous lesions.Methods A total of 160 patients with cervical precancerous lesions(cervical intraepithelial neoplasia)from March 2020 to March 2022 were selected as the research sub-jects,and were divided into two groups according to random number table method,with 80 cases in each group.The control group was treated with laser cauterization of cervix,and the research group was treated with colposcopy combined with LEEP.Perioperative indexes,clinical efficacy,tumor markers[carbohydrate antigen 125(CA125),carbohydrate antigen 153(CA153)],inflammatory stress factors[interleukin-6(IL-6),C-reactive protein(CRP),catalase(CAT),malonaldehyde(MDA)],and disease-progression related factors[Survivin,DNA methyltransferase 1(DNMT1),DNA methyltransferase 3a(DNMT3a)],complications and recurrence were compared between the two groups.Results The duration of operation,length of hospitalization,postoperative bleeding time and wound healing time of the research group were shorter than those of the control group,and the amount of bleeding was less than that of the control group(P<0.01).The total effective rate of the research group was 96.25%(77/80),which was higher than that of the control group[81.25%(65/80)](P<0.01).Serum levels of CA125,CA153,IL-6,CRP,CAT,MDA,Survivin,DNMT1 and DNMT3a in the research group were lower than those in the control group at 3 and 7 d after surgery(P<0.05).The complication rate and recurrence rate of the re-search group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of patients with cervical precancerous lesions,colpoendoscopy combined with LEEP has definite clinical effect,which can not only reduce the expres-sion of serum tumor markers,inflammatory stress factors,and factors related to disease progression,but also reduce the inci-dence of complications and recurrence of patients.
