Effect of Qidong Yixin Koufuye on Cardiac Microvascular Function and Anxiety in Patients with Acute Myocardial Infarction after PCI

Abstract：Objective To analyze the clinical effect of Qidong Yixin Koufuye on patients with acute myocardial in-farction(AMI)after percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI).Methods Eighty patients with AMI who received PCI from October 2021 to December 2022 were selected and divided into control group(n =40)and observation group(n =40)ac-cording to random number table method.The control group was given Citalopram,and the observation group was given Qidong Yixin Koufuye combined with Citalopram.Clinical efficacy,cardiac function indexes,cardiac microvascular function[vascu-lar intercellular adhesion molecule-1(VCAM-1),endothelin-1(ET-1),intercellular adhesion molecule-1(ICAM-1),nitric oxide(NO)],hemorheological indexes[fibrinogen(FIB),whole-blood low shear viscosity(NBL),plasma viscosity(PV),whole-blood high shear viscosity(NBH)],Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)score,Hamilton Anxiety Scale(HAMA)score,and incidence of major cardiovascular adverse events(MACE)were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of observation group was higher than that of control group[92.50%(37/40)vs.75.00%(30/40)](P＜0.05).After treatment,left ventricular end-diastolic diameter,left ventricular end-systolic diameter,NBH,PV,FIB,NBL,HAMA score,PSQI score and serum VCAM-1,ET-1 and ICAM-1 in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,while left ventricular ejection fraction and serum NO were higher than those in control group(P＜0.05).The incidence of MACE in observation group was lower than that in control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion Qidong Yixin Kou-fuye has definite curative effect on AMI patients after PCI,which can improve cardiac microvascular function,anxiety state and sleep quality.
