Application Value of Pre-hospital and In-hospital Integrated Emergency Model in the Emergency Care of Patients with Severe Acute Allergic Asth-ma

Abstract：Objective To investigate the effectiveness of pre-hospital and in-hospital integrated emergency care model combined with intravenous infusion of Prednisone+Doxofylline in the treatment of patients with severe acute allergic asthma.Methods Sixty patients with severe acute allergic asthma treated from January 2021 to December 2022 were selected and di-vided into observation group(n =32)and control group(n =28)according to the intervention method.The control group was given routine emergency treatment combined with intravenous infusion of Prednisone and Doxofylline,while the observation group was given pre-hospital and in-hospital integrated emergency care model combined with intravenous infusion of Prednisone and Doxofylline.The emergency care effect,vital signs,pain degree,complications,and emergency care satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results There was no significant difference in the total effective rate between the observa-tion group[96.88%(31/32)]and the control group[92.86%(26/28)](P＞0.05).At 15 min after emergency care,the heart rate and respiratory rate of observation group were lower than those of control group,the percutaneous blood oxygen saturation was higher than that of control group,and the pain degree of observation group was lower than that of control group(P＜0.05,P＜0.01).There was no significant difference in the incidence of complications between the two groups(P＞0.05).The scores of psychological counseling ability,skill proficiency,medical cooperation and coordination,emergency care effect and emergency handling ability in the emergency care satisfaction scale of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P＜0.01).Conclusion The pre-hospital and in-hospital integrated emergency care model with intravenous infusion of Prednisone+Doxofylline can improve the emergency care effect for severe acute allergic asthma,rap-idly improve patients'respiratory function,reduce their suffering and increase satisfaction with emergency care.
