Abstract:Objective To investigate the effects of Armillariella oral solution on immune function, liver function and inflammatory factors in patients with liver cancer after operation. Methods A total of 94 cases of primary liver cancer treated from February 2019 to March 2020 were selected and divided into research group and control group according to different post-operative drugs. The control group was treated with Entecavir on the basis of routine anti-infection and liver protection after op-eration,and the research group was treated with Armillariella oral solution on the basis of control group. The clinical efficacy, changes of immune function indexes, inflammatory factors, liver function indexes before and after treatment, adverse reac-tions,progression-free survival(PFS)and overall survival(OS)during treatment were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of the research group was 95.74%(45/47),which was significantly higher than that of the control group[82.98%(39/47)](P<0.05).After treatment, the levels of CD3 +,CD4 +,CD8 +,CD4 +/CD8 + and albumin in the two groups were significantly increased, which were significantly higher in the research group than in the control group(P<0.05,P<0.01).After treatment, the levels of C reactive protein,interleukin-1,tumor necrosis factor-α,inter-leukin-6,total bilirubin, alanine aminotransferase and aspartate aminotransferase in the two groups were decreased, and the levels in the research group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05,P<0.01).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the research group was significantly lower than that in control group(P<0.05).The PFS and OS of the research group were longer than those of the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion Armillariella oral solution can regu-late the immune function of patients with liver cancer after operation, and has significant anti-inflammatory and anti-tumor effects, which can effectively promote the recovery of liver function and prolong the survival of patients.
