Abstract:Objective To study the clinical effect of EnCor minimally invasive rotar-cut surgery in the treatment of benign breast masses. Methods A total of 322 patients with benign breast masses treated from January 2019 to June 2021 were selected and divided into two groups according to different surgical methods:research group(n =162,treated by EnCor minimally invasive rotary-cut surgery)and control group(n =160,treated by traditional breast mass resection).Surgery-related indicators, preoperative and postoperative stress indexes[cortisol(COR),norepinephrine(NE),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)],recurrence,aesthetics and postoperative complications were compared between the two groups. Results The amount of blood loss in the research group was less than that in the control group, and the duration of operation,inci-sion length and incision healing time were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.01).At 24 h after operation,NE,COR and TNF-α in the two groups were higher than those before operation, and but lower in the research group than in the control group(P<0.05,P<0.01).There were no recurrence in the two groups at 6 months after follow-up.The excellent and good rate of breast beauty in the research group(93.21%,151/162)was higher than that in the control group(76.25%,122/160)(P<0.01).The total incidence of postoperative complications in the research group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion EnCol minimally invasive rotary-cut surgery is effective in the treatment of benign breast masses, which can shorten the duration of operation and the length of hospital stay of patients,re-duce the stress reaction and postoperative complications, and can improve the postoperative breast beauty.
