Abstract:Objective To investigate the correlation between lipoprotein associated phospholipid A2 (Lp-PLA2) lev-el and maior adverse cardiovascular ( MACE) in patients with stable coronary heart disease. Methods 326 cases of stable coronary heart disease diagnosed by coronary angiography over 60 years old were selected from June 2014 to June 2016 in our hospital. According to the different levels of Lp-PLA2 in normal group, middle level group and high level group, we observe the different levels of Lp-PLA2 group of patients with coronary heart disease risk factors, including medical history, smoking history, left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF), artery vessels and coronary artery stenosis score;the patients were followed up from 1 to 30 a July, according to whether the occurrence of MACE is divided into MACE group and non MACE group, we observe two groups of Lp-PLA2 levels and risk factors of coronary heart disease;the further using multivariate logistic regres-sion analysis on Influence Factors of MACE patients with stable coronary heart disease. Results There were significant differ-ences in the history of type 2 diabetes, smoking history, LVEF and coronary artery stenosis scores in patients with different levels of Lp-PLA2 (P<0. 05). The level of Lp-PLA2 and coronary artery stenosis in group MACE were higher than those in group MACE. The incidence of type 2 diabetes, hypertension and hyperlipidemia was higher than that in group MACE, and LVEF was less than that in group MACE, the difference was statistically significant (P<0. 05 or P<0. 01). Multifactor lo-gistic analysis showed that the level of Lp-PLA2 was an independent factor affecting the occurrence of MACE. Conclusion There is a certain correlation between the Lp-PLA2 level and the occurrence of MACE in patients with stable coronary heart disease. Reducing the level of Lp-PLA2 in patients may relieve the disease.
