Abstract:Objective To investigate effects and sensitive influencing factors of neoadjuvant chemotherapy ( NACT) in treatment of patients with stage ⅠB2-ⅡB cervical cancer. Methods A total of 100 patients with stage ⅠB2-ⅡB cervical cancer admitted during February 2013 and April 2016 underwent 1-3 period of NACT treatment and follow-up surgery treat-ment, and effects of NACT were observed. The patients were divided into effective and ineffective groups according to treat-ment effects for further analyzing sensitive influencing factors of NACT. Results The effective rate of 100 patients with NACT was 64. 00%. In effective group, follow-up surgery time was significantly shorter, and cervical deep stromal infiltration and lymph node metastasis rates were significantly lower than those in ineffective group (P<0. 05 or P<0. 01). Multiple factors analysis showed that tumor diameter equal or more than 4 cm, value of squamous cell carcinoma antigen equal or more than 4 ng/ml and value of platelet/lymphocyte absolute equal or more than 123. 7 were sensitive influencing factors of NACT in treatment of patients with cervical cancer. Conclusion Reasonable choice of indication and intervention of related factors af-fecting treatment sensitivity should be performed before NACT for patients with stage ⅠB2-ⅡB cervical cancer in order to im-prove chemotherapy effect and subsequently surgical treatment effect and improve prognosis of patients.
