Abstract:Objective To analyze causes and influencing factors of contrast associated nephropathy (CAN) in patients with percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI).Methods Clinical data of 415 patients undergoing PCI during January 2014 and January 2016 was collected, and the patients were divided into CAN group (n=75) and non-CAN group (n=340) depending on whether or not having CAN.Influencing factors of CAN pathogenesy were analyzed. Results The incidence rate of CAN was 18.1% in this group.Age, dosage of using contrast agent, PCI in emergency department, chronic kidney disease, myocardial infarction, hypotension, type 2 diabetes mellitus and heart failure were correlated to pathogenesy of CAN.Conclusion Pathogenesy CAN is correlated to many factors in patients undergoing PCI, and therefore when critical patients will undergo PCI, clinicians should take more consideration in order to reduce incidence rate of CAN.
