Abstract:Objective To investigate protective effect of Nicorandil on vascular endothelial function of patients with coronary slow flow(CSF). Methods A total of 120 patients with CSF were divided into observation group(n﹦60)and con-trol group(n﹦60)according to different therapeutic methods. Control group was given basic treatment such as coronary artery extension, blood fat judgement and antiplatelet aggregation, while observation group was given Nicorandil(5 mg/time,tid)on the basis of treatment for control group. The course of treatment was 6 months in two groups. Index changes of serum adipone-ctin(APN),high sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP)and endothelial-dependent flow-mediated vasodilation(FMD)in-dex of the brachial artery were detected before and 6 months after treatment in the two groups by collecting fasting venous blood samples. Results After treatment,in observed group, levels of APN,hs-CRP and FMD index were significantly improved ( P﹤0. 01 );compared with those in control group,APN and FMD index levels were significantly increased( P ﹤0. 01 ), while hs-CRP level was significantly decreased after treatment in the observation group(P﹤0. 01). Conclusion Nicorandil can significantly improve the vascular endothelial function of patients with coronary slow flow.
