Abstract:Objective To investigate human cervical papillomavirus (HPV) infection, genotypes and related high risk factors in women undergoing annual physical check-ups. Methods During March 2013 and July 2014, a total of 612 cervical cytology specimens were detected and HPV genotypes were classified. Questionnaires were collected simultaneously and risk factors of HPV infection were analyzed. Results In 612 cases, 128 cases were HPV positive, including 108 cases (17. 65% )of high-risk type HPV positive and 20 cases (3. 27% )of low-risk HPV positive. Genotypes were: 7 high risk type and 5 low risk type. In high-risk type HPV genotyping results, there were types of mono infection, double infection and multi-ple infection, double and multiple infection types accounted for 44. 44% . HPV infection risk factors questionnaire survey re-sults showed that patients at age 36 to 45 had a history of alcohol drinking, their income was less than 1000 yuan/ month, with more than 1 sexual partner, the sex frequency was more than 4 times/ month. Case of cervicitis, cervical erosion, postmenopa-usal patients with HPV infection significantly increased (P < 0. 01). Logistic regression analysis showed that drinking, sexual partners > 1, sex frequency > 4 times/ month, accompanied by cervical erosion and cervical inflammation, postmenopausal patients were risk factors of HPV infection. Conclusion Detection of HPV genotypes can provide important reference to pa-tients with high risk factors of cervical cancer for early diagnosis, early treatment and early prevention.
