Abstract:Objective To study the effect of radiofrequency ablation combined with targeted therapy on quality of life of patients with advanced hepatocellular carcinoma guided by ultrasound. Methods 90 patients with advanced hepatocellular carcinoma were randomly divided into observation group ( n=45 ) and control group ( n=45 ) . They were treated with Ge-fitinib combined with Capecitabine, and the observation group was treated with additional radiofrequency ablation periappen-diceal abscess guided by ultrasound. Core quality of life questionnaire (QLQ-c30) were assessed and compared 4 weeks be-fore and after treatment. Results After treatment, the Allmerica function, scores of symptom specific modules of QLQ-c30 scores were better than those before treatment in the 2 groups(P<0. 05);and after treatment all the above scores in the obser-vation group were better than those in the control group(P<0. 05). Conclusion Radiofrequency ablation combined with tar-geted therapy can improve quality of life for patients with advanced hepatocellular carcinoma.
