Abstract：Ganoderma sichuanense,also named Ganoderma lucidum in Chinese pharmacopoeia has a varie-ty of physiological effects.Ganoderma spore powder contains various active ingredients that have excellent effects on the human nervous system,cardiovascular system,and immune system.However,the complex cell wall structure and hard texture of Ganoderma spores make them difficult to decompose,which limits the absorption of effective substances within the spores.The article reviews the current research progress of the wall-breaking technology of Ganoderma spore powder from various aspects including physical,bio-logical,chemical,and mechanical methods.It also discusses the impact of different wall-breaking technolo-gies on the active substances and biological functions of Ganoderma spore powder,aiming to provide guid-ance for the efficient wall-breaking of Ganoderma spore powder and the high-quality development of the Ganoderma industry.
