Abstract:The development of high-performance photocatalysts is of great research significance for the degradation of antibiotic pollutants.ZnWO4/BiOCl heterojunction materials were prepared using a simple water bath method, and their crystal structure, microstructure, surface chemical state and photoelectro-chemical properties of the samples were systematically characterized. The degradation performance of pho-tocatalytic materials with different composite ratios was studied using tetracycline hydrochloride(TCH)as the target pollutant. The results showed that when the molar ratio of BiOCl to ZnWO4 was 10∶3,Zn-WO4/BiOCl exhibits the highest photocatalytic activity, with a degradation ratio of 79.67%for TCH after 60 min of visible light irradiation. The efficient photocatalytic performance of this composite material is due to the formation of Z-scheme heterojunction, which promotes the separation efficiency of photo gener-ated electron-hole pairs. The free radical capture experiment showed that·O2-,·OH and h+are the main active species involved in the degradation of TCH.
