Abstract:Volatile organic pollutants in water are easily evaporated together with water under light irradia-tion,causing secondary pollution of the collected water, which increases the difficulty of dye wastewater purification. In this regard,PB/PPy/PVA aerogel was synthesized by freeze-drying using Prussian blue(PB)as the catalytic center for Fenton degradation, polypyrrole(PPy)as the photothermal center, and polyvinyl alcohol(PVA)as the functional carrier.PB/PPy/PVA aerogel could degrade 99.5% methyl or-ange within 15 min.Under one-sun illumination, the evaporation rate was 1.95 kg·m-2·h-1 with the excellent stability.As-synthesized PB/PPy/PVA aerogel realizes efficient degradation of organic pollutants in water while collecting clean condensate water, which has a broad application prospect in the purification of dye wastewater.
