Progress in the Preparation and Quality Evaluation of Nanoformulations Using Wet Media Milling Technology

Abstract：With the continuous development of high-throughput screening and combinatorial chemistry,more and more new chemical entities have been discovered,but the development process of these new chemical entities is often limited by their poor aqueous solubility,which directly affects the in vivo bio-availability of drugs.In order to improve the bioavailability of poorly soluble drugs,the preparation of nanoparticles with smaller particle size by wet milling has become a hot research topic in recent years.This paper reviews the efficiency of wet milling technology,solidification of nanoformulation and quality evalua-tion of nanoformualtion,aiming to provide a theoretical basis and reference for the application of wet mill-ing technology in nanoformulation.
