Abstract：Stimulus-responsive nano-carriers mainly include endogenous,exogenous,dual and multiple stimulus-responsive nano-carriers.The design of endogenous stimulus-responsive nano-carriers is mainly based on the intrinsic physiological differences between tumor tissue and healthy tissues,while remote de-vices are often used for designing exogenous stimulus-responsive nano-carriers with the advantages of spe-cific targeting and spatiotemporal controlled drug release.Dual-and multiple-stimulus-responsive nanocar-riers exhibit the advantage of multi-functional synergistic effect compared with single-stimulus-responsive nanocarriers.This review focuses on the design and research progress of endogenous,exogenous,together with dual and multi-stimulus responsive nanocarriers.The prospect of their application in the treatment of cancer was also prospected.
