Abstract：According to the certain radar technical design requirements ,use ANSYS Icepak soft‐ware of radar jamming frequency extension modeling and meshing and complete the parameter setting , through the extension of the electronic module of thermal power consumption calculation ,layout and the cooling system of engine structure to improve ,until you reach thermal design requirements of the equip‐ment .With the calculation results for other types of the electronic equipment thermal design has a cer‐tain reference value .
