Echocardiography in Monitoring Cardiac Function in the RenaI Injury Neonates and Its CIinicaI Significance
REN Qing
Abstract:Objective To explore the changes of echocardiography in the renal injury neonates and its clinical significance .Methods 80 cases of the renal injury neonates were as renal injury group and 30 nor‐mal neonates were as control group .The two groups were completed ultrasonic cardiography in 72 hours after birth .The renal injury group were checked again after therapy about 7‐10 days .Results FS (% )、RVEF(% ) in the renal injury group were significantly lower than those in the normal neonates ,but RVPEP/RVET in the renal injury group were significantly higher than those in the control group .After therapy ,items of the renal injury group could return to basic normal .Conclusion Echocardiography could early detect the changes of cardiac function in the renal injury neonates .
