Abstract：Extraction technology of anthocyanin from Iris tectorum was studied .Effects from ex‐tractant volume fraction ,extraction temperature ,extraction time ,liquid solid ratio were studied by sin‐gle factor experiment .The optimum extraction conditions were determined by orthogonal experiment . The results showed that the first factor affecting extraction effect was liquid solid ratio .The optimum extraction conditions are solid‐liquid ratio 1:10 ,extraction time 3h ,extractant volume fraction 80% , extraction temperature 60 ℃ .
