Abstract：The simultaneous stabilization of a collection of k‐value logical control networks is inves‐tigated in this paper .Each k‐value logical control network is converted to a discrete‐time dynamics sys‐tem by using the semi‐tensor product of matrices and matrix expression of logical functions .And then , several necessary and sufficient conditions are obtained for the simultaneous stabilization of a group of neat .
