The Research of Enterprise Financial Governance System Based on the Stakeholders

Abstract：In recent years ,stakeholder financial governance study becomes a necessity because of the discussion of corporate governance and stakeholder theory .Based on the analyses of the status of financial gov‐ernance research at home and abroad ,starting from the financial conflict of stakeholders ,establishes the three levels theory system of financial governance and financial information mechanism .Analyzing the main research content for each part of the system emphatically ;Summarizing several beneficial conclusions and enlighten‐ments .From the perspective of system theory ,studying the stakeholder financial governance system is signifi‐cant for the theoretical construction and application of financial governance .
