Separation and Determination of Three Epinephrine′s Analogs by Capillary Electrophoresis
Abstract：A method based on capillary electrophoresis was developed for separation and determination of epinephrine′s analogs namely norepinephrine,phenylephrine and isoprenaline.Under the following conditions： running buffer of 100 mmol/L NaH2PO4（pH=5.2） and separated voltage of 22 kV,the analytes were well separated in 12 min.Excellent linearity was observed in the range from 0.02 to 50 μg/mL for these three analytes,and the detection limits were all 0.01 μg/mL.The recoveries of three analytes in spiked human urine were 94.85%-105.9%.
