Experimental Study on Nitration of Benzene Catalyzed by Phosphorus Tungsten Heteropoly Acid
Abstract：The environment-friend nitration of benzene catalyzed by phosphorus tungsten heteropoly acid catalyst was achieved with high selectivity on mono-nitrobenzene,in which no sulfuric acid and other solvent besides nitric acid was used.And the catalyst was prepared by student themselves in basic inorganic chemistry experiment.
