Abstract：Based on the concept of （λ,μ） - anti-fuzzy subgroups and （λ,μ） - anti-fuzzy normal sub groups, the concept of （λ,μ） - anti-fuzzy quotient groups is defined and its properties are discussed, which makes the properties of （λ,μ） - anti-fuzzy subgroups and （λ,μ）- anti：fUzzy normal subgroups more accurated.
