Synthesis and crystal structures of the trimethyltin(IV) pyruvic acid thiophene -2-carboxylic hydrazone
Abstract：A new trimethyltin(IV) compound with Schiff base of pyruvic acid thiophene-2-carboxylic hydrazone {Me3Sn[C4H3SC(O)NHN=C(CH3)COO]}n was synthesized by the reaction of Me3SnCl with pyruvic acid thiophene-2-carboxylic hydrazone.This compound has been characterized by elemental,IR,1H NMR analyses and X-ray crystallographic diffraction analyses.In compound,the tin atoms are five-coordinate in a distorted trigonal bipyramid coordination field included a bridging O atom from the carboxylate,forming the one-dimensional infinite chain organotin structrue.
