Synthesis and Crystal Structure of Triphenylgermanium(Ⅳ) 2-Furanylcarboxylate Ester

Abstract：The complex Ph3GeO2CR (R = 2-furanyl) were synthesized by the reaction of sodium 2-furanyl carboxylate with the triphenylgermanium (Ⅳ) chloride. It was characterized by elemental analysis, IR, 1H NMR and X-ray single crystal diffraction. The crystal belongs to monoclinic with space group P21/c,a=1. 194 5(4),b=0. 993 4(3),c=1. 628 4(5), nm,β=91.59 (5),Z= 4. In this crystal,the structure consists of discrete molecule containing four-coordinate germanium atom in a distred tetrahedron.
