Abstract：Distributed optimization,as a critical research topic in the field of multi-agent cooperative control,focuses on achieving global collaborative optimization objectives through localized information exchange among agents.Under distributed optimization,each agent utilizes its own local information and communicates with neighboring nodes via a communication network to collaboratively minimize the global objective function.This study conducts a systematic review of the relevant literature from recent years and provides an overview of the current research status in both offline and online distributed optimization.Finally,we discuss several future research directions and highlight the potential developments in distributed optimization for multiagent systems.
