Abstract:For the fuel cell hybrid electrical vehicle(FCHEV),a hierarchical energy management strategy(EMS)with integrated self-adaptive adjustment and optimization based on Pontryagin's minimum principle(PMP)is proposed.Firstly, the proposed EMS uses Markov chain Metropolis-Hastings(MC-MH)sampling to estimate future power requirements;Secondly, the parameters of the low-pass filter are adjusted according to the state of charge(SOC)of the super capacitor; Finally, optimization based on the Pontryagins minimum principle achieves optimal fuel economy. The effectiveness of the EMS is verified by simulation and bench test, and the results are compared with the globally equivalent fuel consumption EMS with dynamic programming(DP).The results show that the proposed EMS can give full play to the function of the SC and improve fuel economy by 0.3%and 8.8%in the simulation and bench test, respectively.
