Abstract:This paper addresses the global asymptotic stability problem of a specific class of fractional-order neutral-type neural networks with time-varying delays.Firstly,a model is proposed to characterize such neural networks, encompassing fractional differential terms and time-varying delays.Secondly,by employing Lyapunov functional theory and linear matrix inequality methods, the study conducts an in-depth examination of the global asymptotic stability problem inherent in this model, resulting in the derivation of novel stability criteria. Finally, the feasibility of the obtained stability criteria is rigorously assessed through four examples. This research endeavor provides valuable new insights into the stability analysis of fractional-order neutral-type neural networks with time-varying delays.
