Abstract:Electric vehicle(EV)can be used as distributed energy storage devices to achieve efficient use of electric energy.Current vehicle-to-grid(V2G)schemes use centralized strategies to solve the EV charging-discharging control and power load adjustment problems. However, due to the uncertain travel behavior of the individual EV,centralized solution cannot guarantee the demand of each EV and efficient power load adjustment when large-scale electric vehicles(EVs)are connected to the power grid.Consider the EV cluster system in the parking scene.Taking the parking lot as the power supply station,a control scheme is proposed to realize power load adjustment and distributed real-time control for each individual EV.First, based on the statistical data and the real-time electricity price information, the optimal energy demand planning strategy for each time period in a day is proposed with the dynamic programming algorithm, which guarantees the efficient use of electric energy.Under the constraint of the optimal energy demand for the cluster,a distributed charging-discharging control strategy for each single vehicle is proposed based on real-time optimization scheme. Finally, the feasibility of the proposed scheme is verified by different simulation experiments.
