Abstract：In this paper,a fast predictive control algorithm is presented.It decreases the computation complexity degree and saves the required memory space of predictive control law,and also has good adaptive ability and robustness.The single-loop digital regulator,which is based on the fast generalized predictive control algorithm,has been verified in its application to a industrial process.It has acquired good control performance,hence,it is worthy of being widely used in industrial processes.
