Location Error Estimation of Mine Micro-seismic Epicenter Based on Sequencing of P-wave Arrival Time

Abstract：In this paper, the correctness judgment of the sequencing of P-wave arrival time of each channel in the micro-seismic event was carried out by using the theory of Voronoi diagram ( V diagram) , and the limited region of the epicenter under the correct sequencing condition was obtained. , the final limited region was the set region composed of all possible seismic source points in the case of the sequencing of this P-wave arrival time. The larger area of this region indicated more location results of the epicenter, but the true seismic source location was only one, so the area of the limited region of the epicenter can represent the magnitude of the epicenter location error. Finally, verification was conducted with the micro-seismic events induced by blasting in a coal mine, which indicated that this method was reasonable and effective.
