Study on Optimization and Application of High-pressure Spray Parameters

Abstract：Based on the analysis of the influence factors of dust removal efficiency by water spray, deep research was carried out on some key factors influencing the dust removal efficiency by water spray, including the spray pressure, the spray density, the particle size and so on. Combined with the dust generation characteristics and air speed in 3604 fully mechanized coal face in Donglin Mine and through the reasonable layout of water spraying system and the optimized design of the spray parameters, the removal efficiency of the total dust and respirable dust at the driver position of the shearer was all up to 93% or more and the environment of the working face was greatly improved.
