Application of One-way Ribbed Beam in Roadway Crossing Support Based on Flexible Support Principle

Abstract：This paper analyzed the mechanical characteristics of the one-way ribbed beam and described the common failure forms at the roadway crossing and their features. Based on the engineering conditions of the auxiliary haulage roadway in Yadian Coal Mine, No. 3 crossing in this haulage roadway was supported with the flexible supporting pattern of one-way ribbed beam, namely, the supporting pattern of bolt + reinforced ladder beam + cable anchor + abutting beam + metal mesh +reinforced concrete. The monitoring results showed that the roof convergence was the main deformation of the surrounding rock, the maximum deformation amount was 22 mm, the deformation amount of the floor and two sides was equivalent and far less than that of the roof;the supporting effect was better and the deformation of the surrounding rock was under effective control.
