Study on Control Technology for Fractured Karst Zone Containing High-concentration H2 S and High-pressure Karst Water in Longtan Coal Mine

Abstract：The fractured karst zone containing high-pressure water and high-concentrated H2 S was exposed in the drivage process of the main adit in Longtan Coal Mine, which seriously affected the construction progress and threatened the safety of the mine workers. To aim at the characteristics of solid-liquid-gas phase flow, a comprehensive control technology consisted of pressurized drilling, safe support of the fractured zone, controllable drainage of high-pressure water and the prevention and control of H2 S was proposed and applied at the site, the structured karst zone was successfully passed through, which not only ensured the safe drivage of the main adit, but also produced significant economic benefit.
