Abstract:To counter to the current shortages of the mine seismic advance observation system which is unable to connect to the existing network, heavy in weight and has the complicated installation procedures of sensors, a new mine wireless multi-channel three-component distributed advance seismic observation system was designed. Through the development of the wireless data processing host, wireless AP router relay, wireless data acquisition terminal, three-component pressure sensor and the synchronizer, the wireless ad hoc network of the acquisition terminal, the wireless transmission and processing of the seismic data, the synchronous acquisition and storage of the high precision data in distributed holes, the three-component pressure hole detection and the comprehensive analysis software interface for early gas warning were all realized. In the laboratory, experiments were carried out on the consistency of the acquisition signal amplitude and phase of the observation system and the static noise, and then industrial tests were conducted in the western mining district in Gansu Dashuitou Coal Mine. The results show that this new seismic advance observation system has the advantages of high accuracy, good stability, high consistency of amplitude and phase, low background noise, light weight, low power consumption and perfect functions, and it can meet the requirements for site detection.
