Research on Comprehensive Evaluation of Coal Mine Safety Based on Local Variable Weight Theory

Abstract：The fixed weight method is mostly adopted for the comprehensive evaluation of coal mine safety situation, but it can’t dynamically reflect the importance of each index in the comprehensive evaluation,and the sensitivity corresponding to the risk indicator values is low. For this purpose,the form of local variable weight was introduced,and in this form,the weight values of indicators could not only change with the variation of the status values of indicators accordingly and realize the dynamic weighting, but also make the status values of both the smaller and larger indicator have a higher sensitivity so as to highlight the point-minus and point-plus effect of this indicator in the comprehensive evaluation of coal mine safety and enable the comprehensive evaluation results to be optimized.
