Design and Analysis of Dynamic Gas Mixing Device

Abstract：A dynamic gas mixing device was develoPed in order to realize the oPtimum mixing of the low-concentration gas with other gases,make the gas to be able to fully burn and achieve the harmless treatment objective. In this PaPer the design and oPeration PrinciPle of this device was described,a finite element model was established according to the characteristics of the dynamic gas mixing device,and simulation was made on its fluid mechanics Performance. The simulated results showed that this gas mixing device has simPle structure and low resistance,and it is a high efficient gas mixing device.
