Modification and Test of Hydraulic System of ZY-750 C Fully Hydraulic Drill

Abstract：In this paper, a method for improving the drilling efficiency by modifying the hydraulic system of the drilling machine was put forward in order to solve the problems such as small drilling capacity, more faults and low construction efficiency of ZY-750C fully hydraulic drilling machine now used in coal mines. Based on the theoretical calculation and optimization analysis on its hydraulic system, it was determined to use YBK2-200L-4 electric motor, G6K-310 hydraulic motor and CBY3063/2016-630 gear pump for the modified drilling machine. The field test results showed that the drilling time per meter gas drainage hole by the modified drilling machine reduced from 6. 13min to 4. 07min as compared with the original drilling machine, reduced by 33. 6%;the efficiency of the drilling machine was obviously improved, increased from 4930. 6m/month to 6341. 2 m/month, increased by 28. 6%.
